Yes, all studio features, including self-recording and -mastering, as well as the instruments and equipment, are included in the price. There are no hidden fees, so you can focus on your music without any surprises.
You can cancel your booking at any time. If you cancel 48 hours before your session, you'll receive a full refund. Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking.
After your booking is complete, you'll receive an email with your invoice and booking confirmation. The email will include a code that grants you access to the studio premises and your booked studio during your reserved hours. Simply enter the same code at the building entrance and the door of your booked studio to gain access.
No! Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in the studio to ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment for all clients. Violation of this policy may result in termination of your session without a refund.
Security cameras are installed to ensure your safety during rehearsal sessions. Footage is securely stored and will only be reviewed in legal cases like theft or vandalism. Your privacy is a priority, and recordings are never used for any other purpose.
If you self-record audio or video during your session, all rights to the recordings belong to you. drop does not claim any ownership of your content.
